Organising Saved Ads
Saving a lot of ads and want to organise them by theme, client, project or something else? Use either ad collections or custom tagging to group your saved ads any way you want.
Creating a new ad collection is super easy - in the inspire tab, simply navigate to the left pane and click the ‘+’ symbol next to “Collections”
Once you have created your new collection, there are 2 ways you can start adding to it
- Save an ad directly into the collection
- Add an ad that has already been saved into the collection
Save new ads directly into a collection
Once you find an ad you want to save to your collection, hit the arrow to the right of the save button to toggle between saving to your general ‘My Ads’ or to a specific collection
Simply select the collection you want and voila, the ad is saved to it
Note: even if you save an ad directly into a collection, it will still also appear in ‘My Ads’ and ‘Team Ads’
Move ads you have already saved into a collection
Already have a bunch of ads you have saved in the past that you want to include in a collection? Find any existing saved ad in your ‘My Ads’ folder and open the ad detail view
Then on the right-hang pane you can select any collection for this ad to be included in
Have multiple ads you want to move into a collection in one swoop? We’ve got you covered. Hold down shift and click on as many ads as you want with multi-select, then click the folder icon at the bottom of your screen to select the collection to add these ads to
Note: the same ad can exist in multiple collections, putting an ad into a new collection won’t take it out of a collection that it’s already in.
Using Custom Tags
Another great way to organise your saved ads is with custom tags.
Open any saved ad into the ad details view
On the right-hand pane, use the ‘Tags’ drop down to either create a new tag to assign to the ad, or choose an existing one you have create
Then in your saved ads view, you can filter using these tags:
