Why Should I Save Ads into Boards?
Saving ads into boards and sub-boards is the best way to organise and categorise ads for future reference within ‘Inspire’.
This is particularly helpful if you are working across multiple products or brands and need to have creative examples for a variety of different occasions.

How To Save Ads Into Boards
1. Create a New Board
- Click the [+] icon next to ‘Boards’ on the left panel within MagicBrief’s ‘Inspire’ tab.
b. Type in the name and click ‘Create’
c. The new board will appear on the left panel
2. Create Sub-Boards
- Hover over a board to the [+] icon next to it
b. Type in the name and click ‘Create’
c. The sub-board will now appear under your board when clicking the down-button on the left.
3. Save Ads Into Boards
- Click the down-button [V] underneath an ad to pull up a list of boards and sub-boards.
b. Select the board you want to save the ad into.
4. Viewing Saved Ads
Click back into a board on the left panel to view all ads saved within the board
NOTE: All ads saved into a board will also be visible on ‘My Ads’ and ‘Team Ads’.
If you have added custom tags to ads, you can use them to easily search for ads within ‘My Ads’ or ‘Team Ads’.
5. Share Your Board
Click ‘Share’ in the top right
Share with your team, add emails, or create a public share link.
