Upgrade your Plan
If you hit a paywall after exhausting your free plan quota, or you want to enjoy the full power of MagicBrief, you can upgrade to a pro plan at any time using the upgrade button at the bottom left of the platform. We offer a 30-day refund period if you’re not satisfied with the pro plan.
Access Invoices or Update Payment Method
Navigate to workspace settings
Scroll down to the billing section, then click on ‘current plan’. This will take you to our billing portal where you can download all of your historical invoices or update your payment method
For the time being, the best way to downgrade is to send us a message using either the live chat in the bottom right corner of the platform, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We endeavour to get to all queries within 48h.
